How would a person go about writing for a magazine? - patent writing
I'm pretty good at writing, and I started writing for a magazine, how can I do? How do I get my patent for everyone, written in order to steal my ideas? and what steps you can take to recognize, or that the Industry and on the floor? What should I do? Who can I speak? Where do I go?

If you have a magazine in mind, go to their site and learn their relationship orientation, "writer" who tells you imagined what kind of material you are looking for and how they want it.
Also receive weekly e-newsletter of 3 pages that tell you what magazines and other papers, which will be searched. They are: www.worldwidefreelance.com and www.writersweekly.com www.elance.com
It would be best to take courses in journalism and a degree in journalism.
If this is not possible, you have to go independent, which is working very hard. I tried writing short stories for years independently and sold only two. You better a copy of Writer's Market, which not only tell you contact information for various magazines, but also what they want and how the file. The consumer magazines do not accept freelance work. It is a tough business!
The copyright law, you will automatically receive the copyright to everything you write. Compliance with reputable journals. If you want to protect yourself, you can get a notarized copy of a public officer (post offices and banks, to someone on staff that can do that, then) who one day your item.

I do not agree with the first reply to everyone, but one thing that always subscribe to a contract writer and try to the monthly newsletter / magazine. The market will tell who is buying and MAG will get on what they buy and to teach, how they adapt their ideas to market, be it fiction. Editorials are a great help.
WARNING: Most buyers say publish unpublished writers have the right to at least once, says the monthly publication of the difference in all this, and there are plenty of them. It is so easy to sell, without knowing all their rights for two copies of the magazine, it will be charged with this attack and the answers carefully. When I say this from experience, some things I have written, even today, even if I could find. READ THE FULL book before sending in a manuscript / HISTORY OF ANY KIND. Most people will not buy anything but an interview or a story that had been trained to read complete manuscripts without having to send it back, and if they are not likely to steal the idea, and you just change enough to own to get line number.
