Reit Market REIT Fund Or Emerging Market?

REIT fund or emerging market? - reit market

If you had a little $ $ to invest today, you would for a REIT, or a diversified emerging market go? The ratio of these two options is that I have only a small amount, because they tend to have disciplined and want these two areas in my Roth, but not more than 10% for each of my portfolio.

But basically, both fell a little, but I think everyone should invest in one before the other? I am looking for additional input, I would not base my decision solely on the answers. Thank you!

I am also looking REIT. I tend to contradict, the purchase, if a sector is negative, such as finance (BAC, C). Housing is so far and will shortly ... Prices, it must be for ... a good starting point. I think people still want a house, if possible, to live.

It has 20% of my portfolio in international funds.

Both were good. It depends on each fund / investment. Take a look at the MCT, or pay the fees. "Both are free, be free to a fee or commission, if possible.

Good buy for you and care for!

Having said this, I would probably go with the REIT, because I like the monthly income - regardless of the market.
