I need ideas for our Young @ Heart Banquet @ Church (60+) Kids are performing Wizard of Oz? - wizard of oz decorations

I take care of our decoration Young @ Heart Church Hall. This is an annual banquet in honor of our children, our older members (60 +). They also put in a program, and this year is The Wizard of Oz I always try to make the theme of the banquet program quits. However, I do not believe the real rate of return as a decoration, etc.

I am ready to do something along the lines of "Kansas", because that is where to start the movie takes place. I do not use Emerald City, etc.
